 * We have numerous custom pins shown on our maps, and the piece of information 
   missing to complete the story is the outline of the county.
 * We could do this with a KML file, but what’s the best way to achieve this using
   this plugin?

 * That’s not something that the plugin currently supports. It’s probably possible
   to write an addon to do that, but I don’t have any plans to.
