Very good question.
Actually, all calculations are done in miles. You would have to rewrite the algorithms for gauging distance across the globe using lat/lon coordinates. That’s setup under the “listitems” function in the bepro_listings.php file. Then you will also want to change the reference to (Mi) in the language files.
If you request this feature over at beprosoftware.com, there is a good chance that someone from our team will add the feature to an upcoming release.

OK, let’s make things different: Is it possible to save a new BePro entry as a normal post? I mean not in the bepro_listing_types taxonomy? In order to show it inside the list of WP posts? I’d like to save a new list entry as normal post and add Geo Localization to it, taken from WP My Geo, see here: http://imgur.com/Q0qizbl

Hi,
Unfortunately no. BePro software works using custom post types. You would have to change several *major* aspects about the plugin to use “Normal Posts”.
We understand your need; However, your direction is different to the focus of the plugin.

Sounds like a good plan. You should definitely add that feature to the wordpress repository when its completed.
