    Hi,

    what’s the workflow of a Klarna payment?

    Do I have anything to do but activating Klarna in my Stripe account and setting it up in your plugin?

    I did that, set it to live mode, and placed an order with Klarna ‘pay later’.
    As a customer, I only had to enter my phone no. and birth date, and the order went through successfully. No authentication, no redirection, no further form fields. And I got no message or invoice from Klarna. But WooCommerce and Stripe both show a successful payment and order. That’s really weird!

    It seems like something is going wrong here…

    Once you enter all of the billing and shipping (if shipping required) fields and select Klarna, the widget is rendered on the checkout page. The available payment options based on your checkout fields is determined by Klarna. The customer selects one of the available options then clicks the Place Order button.

    That’s correct, only those two steps are required.

    And I got no message or invoice from Klarna

    Are you referring to yourself as the customer or the merchant in this context? If you’re referring to yourself as the customer I don’t believe Klarna sends an invoice to the customer. WooCommerce sends an order email to the customer however.

    It seems like something is going wrong here

    If the payment processed correctly and your test worked then why do you think something went wrong?

    Hi,

    meanwhile I also got an e-mail with payment instructions from Klarna (as the customer). That took several hours, so I thought something might be wrong. But obviously it work’s fine!
