    Hello,

    since around one week we have the problem, that orders with Klarna payment method only works correctly, if the customer decides to open a new account at the same time of the order.

    If the “register-checkbox” is not checked, the order isn’t proceed.

    Is this (new) issue known, I couldn’t find anything about it in the support forum. Everything is up to date.

    No this is the first I am hearing of such an issue, there are no other reports of it.

    Are you using a specialized checkout plugin or theme?

    since around one week we have the problem,

    Nothing about how Klarna works was updated in the last release. When something all of a sudden stops working it’s usually because something on your site changed. I recommend you find what changed on your site a week ago. That will be helpful when troubleshooting.

    I didn’t describe the problem in great detail, but I just found the other thread with the same problem: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/giropay-and-sofort-problems/

    We get the orders through Klarna, but the customer has no possibility to pay. Is this also a problem with the webhook?

    The customer told me it worked without any problems before, that’s why I didn’t thought about that.

    Hi @mehalex,

    If the order is being cancelled then yes that sounds like a webhook issue. You should confirm that it’s setup correctly.

    If your webhook is configure properly and you still have an issue can you provide a staging site where this can be re-produced?

    This problem also only occurs with the Klarna payment method, other methods like credit card, giropay etc. are working fine.

    Hi @mehalex,

    Based on the screenshot you provided, you have not configured the correct events. Per the plugin documentation you need the following events:

    source.chargeable, charge.succeeded, charge.failed, payment_intent.succeeded, charge.refunded
