When using Klarna Payments, if the customer enters there mobile number, email address, name or address incorrectly. Klarna will give an error such as option not available, we can’t verify the address.
Unfortunately this makes the whole screen greyed out and unuseable. So that the customer can’t return to the details and correct the mistake.
I havent had a successful Klarna order in the last 3 days.
