Analytics should pick up all folders. Removing the subdirectly from within the “Default URL” within Analytics resolves the issue. As suggested you can use “views” along with“ filters” to report on specific WordPress installs or subdirectories. * I hope that answers your query. If you do want to correct the links you you can open your Analytics account and that property specifically. From the Admin tab you will find the [“Default URL” option](https://i.imgur.com/4IM5jND.png). Removing the subfolder should correct the URLs from within Site Kit.
