It might be a compatibility issue with one of your other plugins, or a conflict with your server configuration. Basically, it could be anything at this point. Otherwise I would’ve had many more support tickets and/or 1 star reviews mentioning this issue, don’t you agree? * I don’t know anything about your configuration at this point.
