Killed The Site

    Hey, all. I inserted a line of HTML relating to a revolution slider into the wrong spot (using editor), and now the whole site is blank. There are some posts I’d like to preserve which may not have been backed up. I can’t even get the admin panel up. Nada. Any thoughts? BLG theme.

    Hi Sqauimbo,

    You have a couple of options that should make it possible for you to log back into your dashboard:

    1. Access the file you edited via FTP and remove the code you added.
    2. Disable the theme by renaming the theme folder via FTP. This should cause WordPress to fallback to one of the default themes (which hopefully you still have installed, just not activated at the moment).
