Okay, that was flippant of me and probably not helpful.
You can find the advice you want, but probably not here. Re-read what you are asking and understand that if you actually do something like this, and the web site you do this on is not 100% legally yours, then you could be setting yourself up for a visit from some men with silver bracelets.

right? i know how dare i keep someone from misusing a theme i developed if not stealing it out right.
considering there are a bunch of themes on the web that have signatures you cannot alter the creators must be all in jail
