In the case I have 3 questions set with Keywords (3 answers each with A, B, C keywords):
    If I answer:
    1) A
    2) B
    3) C

the result will be always A, also if I put weight on the answer and B is heavier than A.
How this thing is going to reason?

    Dear @marco3253,

    Thank you for the topic.

Please let me explain how the functionality actually works.

If the user gets equal points, the first keyword according to the alphabetical order is displayed.
If you want the weight/points to work for the keywords, you need to go to the Quizzes > particular quiz > Results Settings tab > Intervals feature and tick the Apply points to keywords option.
By this, the system will take the value provided in the Weights/Points column for the certain keyword.

By the way, as the Keywords feature is available in the PRO version of the plugin, please contact us via this form for premium support. Our customer care specialists will always be happy to help you.
