Keyword not in 1st paragraph & subtitles – when it IS!

Hello friends.

The yoast plugin claims my keyword isnt in my 1st paragraph when it is.

It recognizes it only when I put a <p> </p> around the first paragraph.

Why? What? How? Huh?

What did that actually just do though? The p tag disappears after any editing too. So how to I permanently get this to go green?

I mean, I just want to see those green dots. I know search engines dont care about my green dots and will crawl regardless.

Will they still recognize the keyword in my first paragraph without that <p> ? Im thinking yes.

Sometimes the YOAST plugin doesnt recognize my keyword in my heading titles as well. I checked, and they are exact. Im not spelling it singular, or plural, etc.
