    i had a backorder of 2 same items.

    First strange thing was order not completed although payment was passed and stuck in processing (this might happen when they click cancel or leave page while payment is processing )

    And second thing is I tried to add manually the keys like normally with import function since they were 2 , i added the order number, product and marked it as delivered. All ok and even showed in license manager but when i check order they keys are missing so i cant send them as email.

    Its the first time this happened. I dont know if it was because there are 2 keys or it got messed up cause wasnt marked as completed from the beginning.

    any idea?

    EDIT: Also noticed stock was still 0 where it should be -2
    Edit2: made a test order manually (without payment) and everything went fine. from assigning keys to stock reduction.

    thank you for your message and for using my plugin.

    I wouldn’t know why the order wasn’t completed, but I would assume that it is probably unrelated to my plugin, since it doesn’t complete orders itself.

    The other stuff I don’t really know without taking a look myself, could be anything. There currently is a known bug for licenses sometimes not appearing inside “My Account” if they are added after the order was placed, maybe it’s related.

    Do you maybe have any PHP error logs?

    im also guessing that might not be relevant to your plugin and got messed up but keys are not showed in “edit order” even after adding them manually.

    where should i find any error log?

    By default, your PHP error logs (on Ubuntu) are in /var/log/apache2/error.log
