keyboard wp-admin after upgrade

    Since upgrading to 2.3.3, I just tried typing an entry in wp-admin for the first time this morning. When I try to type quotation marks I am getting È instead. All of my other things like notepad and so on are working fine and that is why I know it has something to do with my wp-admin. Hope someone can help me with this.
