Keyboard disappears on Contact Forms in mobile chrome for Customizr Theme

I have tried multiple contact form plugins for the customizr theme and they all have the same problem. When you attempt to fill out a contact form via the chrome browser from a phone, the keyboard vanishes before you are able to type anything.

I have noticed that I do not have this problem if I use the safari browser on an iphone. It also works on Chrome if I disable javascript from my settings. But I do not know how to fix it. Any ideas?
