• awesome plugin and very easy to use, but there are simply still bugs they need to workout. Our key keeps getting deactivated. this has happened 3 times in 2 weeks. Our client has decided to move to move on from mailpoet.

    We’re really sorry to hear that.

    This may happen because something is preventing the key check task to run properly, or it fails because it’s checking the wrong URL.

    MailPoet uses the current site URL to check whether it is still associated with your API key.

    If your website is hosted with Dreamhost, for example, it’s known that they can dynamically change your site URL in wp-config.php, and it should affect the key check task.

    If you contact our Support team, we can investigate it further for you.
