From HostDime. I transferred other websites to a different hosting without any problem.
And you’re transferring to SiteGround, right? Can I check your URL please?

I have someone looking into it at the moment.
The plugin works only for migrations to SiteGround. If you’re chatting with my colleagues I hope they will manage to help you and you will edit your negative review because the plugin is working great on the majority of hosting providers.

Yes, that’s what I did. What I mean is I used another plugin to transfer to another hosting and it worked fine, so it’s not the hosting.
Different plugins handle transfer different way. There’s a Siteground-migrator.log file that will tell you more why the transfer is failing but it’s definitelly something in your current host.
