Hey sorry, WordPress didn’t notify me of your post for some reason, so I only just noticed it. I double-checked with the latest wordpress version, and the plugin is working fine, so long as you follow the installation instructions. And if you need more info, the rest is in the FAQ.

If you follow those steps, as I just did for testing, it should work fine. If it still doesn’t work, show me some logs or something and I might be able to help.
Ok thanks… but the I’ve not seen these instructions the day I installed the plugin.

It is perfectly normal for a third party service to require some type of account before they give you an API key to access their services, all the shipping services and plugins that give real shipping quotes do this. Anyway, good luck!
