Keeps sliding while video playing and video autoplay

Thanks for the great plugin – it was the only one I found that did everything I needed.

I have a slider with only YouTube videos in it. Sometimes, but not always, the slider will keep on moving to the next slide while a video is playing. It happens maybe 50% of the time. The other 50% the sliding stops while the video is playing. What can I do to fix this? The slider is on the homepage at http://www.firstclassmlmtools.com/.

One other thing: is it possible to have the first video in the slideshow autoplay when it is loaded?
