That’s odd, can I get a link to your website with this plugin activated? Are you sure it’s this plugin that’s causing the issue? (E.g. what steps have you taken to determine this plugin is the cause) Is it just when the plugin is activated or is it when you have the shortcode on the page? Is it just the animation that doesn’t ever finish or is your page actually not loading? Where are you hosting your website and on what plan? (E.g. what’s your server setup like? Is it shared hosting, vps, dedicated?)
Here’s my test blog that has little plugins activated to make sure that when I have a plugin that is acting oddly like this one it is indeed the plugin causing it:

I’m on shared hosting.
I don’t use the shortcode, I made the plugin work sidewide.
But maybe it will work if I only use shortcode on a post/page basis?
Edit: it seems to finish loading but it takes quite a while longer then normal.
I don’t think this has anything to do with the plugin to be honest…
When I go to that URL Avast blocks me due to malware and then if I ignore that I get “This website is unavailable”

Anyways, I can’t really help you debug whether the plugin is causing issues until the underlying issue is taken care of.
I don’t know why you are seeing that but I can assure you the blog is clean and has no virus on it.

Anyways this is resolved its not your plugin. Was some placeholder content causing the long load.
