There are multiple reasons why the accounts could be disconnected, one of the most common reasons is changing the password of your Instagram accounts, as this will invalidate the Access Tokens. However, to give you a more accurate answer, we will need some more detailed information. Please send us a support request using the form on our website here, including the System Info. To obtain this information, go to:
1- WordPress Dashboard > Instagram Feed > click on the “Help” button in the upper right corner of the page. This takes you to our Support page.
2- Scroll down to the System Info section.
3- Click the Copy button on the right-hand side of the System Info title.
We ask you to use our form, as the System Info contains other website information and the Access Token for your connection, which we do not suggest posting here.
