    Hi,

    I was really happy with the plugin, it really made the website really fast, however; it is causing many issues in breaking up the site, some links do not work, and worst it made some pages un-editable. If I turn it off, it slows down the site but everything goes back normal. Not sure what to make of it. Plus Google merchant Center could not get some pictures for some reason and had my account suspended. I like your plugin but need help in getting this to work properly, would appreciate your help in resolving the issue.

    please provide the report number

    you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”

    and also explain a bit how exactly to reproduce the issue , like which links not working ? how exactly makes page un-editable ?

    Hi,

    Already sent and if I deactivate the plugin, the website works completely normal. If I deactivate the plugin. Thank you for your help, I really appreciate it. Thanks

    Ok sent you the report again.

    If you simply turn on the plugin, header and slider breaks, in the homepage, in the shop page the menu in the mobile does not work. and if you try to edit some pages they become un-editable randomly. If you turn off the plugin, everything goes back to normal. I cleared the caches several times but that made no difference. I have given you full administrative access to the backend just test it and you will see it yourself, simply by turning it on/off and see the difference.

    once you clicked send button , it will generate a 8 letter string, please share me that , so I can locate your report.

    what exactly does “un-editable” mean in this context ?

    you can not enter the edit mode ? or the change doesn’t take affect ?

    and also please try reset to default setting first, and see how it goes , you can reset it in toolbox -> import/export
