We had a user name under attack with a bunch of failed logins. When I went to login, I got the password reset message (as I should!).
However, after I reset the password and try to login again, I am asked to reset the password AGAIN. And again and again and again. This is using Chrome and Firefox. I have cleared my cache several times.
Interestingly, this does not happen in IE7 (yes, my company has an outdated browser).
I am receiving the “verify you logged in” and “potential intrusion” emails, but I never actually get to the Dashboard, since it keeps asking me to reset my password every time I try to login.
