  • OK, it looks like since I was resetting the email from one IP and trying to login after resetting on another IP, it wasn’t working (I receive the reset emails on my work email, where I’m logged in via a VPN). I forwarded the password reset email to another email address outside the VPN, reset the password from there, and I was able to login.

    However, it seems that if I reset the password, I should still be able to login, even from a different IP. Is this part of the plugin’s security settings?

    Yes. Since the attack was still fresh, it was only letting you in from the IP address used for the password reset.
