The commentlink has always troubled me, I’ve never understood why the link is made to disappear on single.php and some other templates.
Check the front-page of my site, http://DotNeil.com, and you should see a commentlink. However, if you click on the commentlink, it takes you through to a single.php page, and the commentlink vanishes. You’ll also notice that the browser port doesn’t skip down to the comment area.
Does anyone know how I can keep the commentlink on all templates, and how do I make the commentlink skip the browser port to the comments area of the respective post?
