Keeping same outlook homepage in mobile mode

hello,
I am wondering if it is possible to keep the same look in the mobile version:
when I open http://www.jeromemeyer.com in my smartphone or tablet the
circle look like already hovered..
In my case dark grey
I know my iOS can handle it so it is in the mobile software
somewhere
