# keeping old posts

 * I’m shutting down my site soon but I don’t want to loose all my posts. Is there
   a way where I can save them all in an easy to read format? And keep them in my
   computer or maybe CD? Thanks.

 * Just in case you want to restart your blog later I’d suggest doing a backup of
   your database. In a sense that backup can be machine readable. Try it to see 
   if it’s acceptable.
 * Might also want to backup all your WordPress files and folders.
