• Hello. Is it possible to somehow make the search form stay when terms has been found? Because as a default it disappears. And also when nothing has been wrote in it just pressed enter it would show up instead of random text.

Could you link to a page on the theme’s demo website that has the same issue?

Not really this is my second day in wordpress so I don’t really know how to do that… Basically I have a custom(own) popup search which when I try to use works ONLY when I type something in it. But when I try to search with empty input it just throws out “No posts to display
Ready to publish your first post?”. Tho code and form action is same as default search.

Are you sure you’re using Twenty Twelve? This is Twenty Twelve’s demo website: http://wp-themes.com/twentytwelve/

As I mentioned it’s a child theme so it was empty when I made it. But still it has like default search I just customized the look style of it. But yeah it’s twentytwelve.

So, is the issue to do with a modification in the Child Theme?

It could be that because my custom search which is in head is just plain and simple html… And it differs of course from general-template.php (which is the working search code for default) because I can’t figure out how to put similar code in the head one.
Probably figured it out… But another problem would be when I search url changes to something like “‘%20esc_url(%20home_url(%20’/’%20)%20).%20’?s=game” can that be changed? It looks awful.
