Support » Plugin: Contact Form by WPForms - Drag & Drop Form Builder for WordPress » Keep showing the form after submission

  • Resolved ironfish2

By default, it seems the form is replaced by the Confirmation settings after the form has been submitted.

For example, after Submit is pressed, the form disappears and a Confirmation message is shown.

I would like to keep showing the form after the Submit button has been pressed, so that the user can use the form again.

    Is this possible?

    Thanks ahead of time.

    Hi ironfish2,

Yes, this is absolutely possible 🙂

To do this, you’d need to change the confirmation setting (in the form builder under Settings > Confirmation) to Show Page. Then, you can select the name of this same page where the form is embedded.

This will allow the user to be ‘redirected’ back to the same page they were already on, with a new form ready to go.

In case it helps, here’s a tutorial with more details on confirmation settings.

A similar, alternative idea I’ve seen other users opt for is to keep the confirmation message but add a link that will load a fresh version of the page. Here’s a screencast video to hopefully better clarify what I’m describing.

    I hope that helps! 🙂

    Thanks very much! 🙂
