Keep receiving emails in my spam

    I keep receiving emails into my spam. I have used gmail instead as my company email is not even receiving it. I am not sure how to fix the company email issue and it will be great if someone can help.

    I have set the from as :qmedical@wordpress.com but it doesn’t seems to work. When I received the email, the From portion shows unknown instead of qmedical@wordpress.com.

    Kindly help!

    With Google, if you don’t want your emails to be received as spam, the from: address has to match your gmail email.

    If you have a custom domain (I’m not sure what you mean by company email), Google supports that through Google Apps. Make sure you set an SPF record in your custom domain’s zone file, that specifies which SMTP server is the authorized one for your domain.
