Keep orignal date of the post

Hi,
This is a great plugin, it really saves a lot of time!
The only thing I would like it to do is that it does not change the original date of the post. Basically I would like to schedule the publishing of a post in the future with a display date of 1/1/1999 for instance. Is there a way to do this with this plugin ?
