Support » Plugin: WooCommerce » Keep losing the updates on sale prices

Hmmm, I haven’t found anybody in the same situation yet. I’m hoping somebody can figure out what’s going on:

    . Woocommerce 3.4.5
It’s the second day in the row that when we update the sale prices, they get lost/reset the next day, they simply disappear from the backend.

I initially thought it was the “Woocommerce promotions” plugin that was the culprit and was acting up so I deactivated it but today, same thing, all sale prices have disappeared.

I looked at the cron jobs and the only one that could be remotely linked to the problem is the wc_scheduled_sales but we are not using this feature, we don’t schedule sales.

Any idea how the sale prices can disappear like that and what can be causing it?

    Hi @klaggy,

I’d definitely check for conflict here.
First, you’ll want to change the theme on your site to Storefront, then test. If that resolves the issue, you’ll want to get in touch with your theme’s developer and see if they have an update or fix for you. If changing the theme doesn’t help, you’ll want to deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and take a look. If that fixes the problem, re-enable the other plugins one by one to see where the issue is coming from. If you don’t want to test on your live site, then create a staging site using a plugin called WP Staging.

    Hi there,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

Sorry, this is solved. If anybody has the same problem, it was the Woocommerce Promotions Manager that was the culprit.
