  • As a premium WordPress theme developer i can say that this feature is not User-friendly, you should take a look at premium page builders, like Visual Composer or Elementor. Sorry for 1 star, but it needs BIG improvements before it become a part of WordPress

    Thanks for taking the time to leave a review @enovathemes. It’s worth noting that Gutenberg in phase one isn’t meant to compare to a page builder, it’s a content editor. That said moving into phase two page building aspects will be added. What do you think should be brought in that those page builders you like have?

    Please understand me right, your project is good idea, but it needs usability improvements, i spend 30-40 minutes with Gutenberg, (new to me Elementor) and Visual Composer (i use in my projects for about 5+ years), Gutenberg is not intuitive. If the project does not have the page builder logic, but just content editor – the old TINYMCE was simpler to use

    Thanks for your insights. If you had to pull out 3 usability improvements to make in Gutenberg what would they be?

    I will suggest the following:

    1. Add row/column logic
    2. Add responsive styling options to any block-level element
    3. Improve the UI
