    To be honest not sure if this is cart flows issue or not.
    I have noticed that from time to time I get a message stating
    “recovered order id XXXX”, for orders which I have seen they have been processed correctly
    Also from time to time I see that although an order has been processed, cart flows “thinks” it has not been processed and sends an email to the customer asking to finish the purchase, which is quite confusing for them. Last week a customer bought the product twice because of this message

    CartFlows doesn’t send emails. If you’re referring to the Cart Abandonment Recovery plugin, please raise your query on the relevant support forum for better tracking and classification.

    If you’re using another recovery plugin, you will need to contact the relevant author.
