    I followed the documentation but couldn’t get it to work. I kept getting error “Something went wrong. Please try again or choose another payment source.” at checkout.

    But I was able to make payment at Cart using the PayPal Buy Now button.

    Not recommended!

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the feedback.

    The error you mention is a fairly generic one and can result from various potential issues. PayPal has certain requirements which may not be met by every site configuration out of the box.
    The cause of the error could be better judged when Logging is enabled in the Connection tab.

    I suggest opening a thread with your log in the support forums here, as the team is there to help out.
