# Keep getting 500 error

 * I keep getting an Internal Server Error (500) response when trying to submit 
   the form. I can’t see what I’m doing wrong, and to my knowledge am using all 
   the correct details given by our CRM (Adestra). Please see the debug below. Any
   help would be fantastic.
