• I followed WordPress instructions to change my site URLs from eatandlovemadrid.es/wordpress/post to eatandlovemadrid.es/post without moving the wordpress files outside their own directory.

To avoid losing my social shares, I modified the Digg Digg plugin code to force it to take the shares from the old urls in my old posts. But while it worked perfectly for Twitter and Google + (the counters of Twitter and Google + are now showing the shares from the old URLs) the Facebook counter doesn’t work and shows the shares of the new URLs. What’s the problem with Facebook? Is there a way to force Facebook to fetch the shares from the old URLs?

    Thanks!!
