From what I can find when trying to solve it, it looks as if KCO and cart is not “talking” together. Cart has selceted “Pakke i postkasse – 69,-), even if you selcet anything else in KCO.

Or can you share a link to a screen recording where you are placing an order?
When testing in my test environment does it look like everything is working as expected.

I do not use KSA, due to that shipmondo reports “wrong” shipping names.(They are working on a sollution to rename them).

I just tried to go through KSA, and posten/bring to see if it solved it – but same result.
I selcte local pickup, but when the order goes through it selects next available shipping with cost.
I have deactivted KCO on the live page, swapping to Vipps Checkout to avoid more complaints.

Sorry for all the updates here: I have been looking more in to it – And from what I see my customers get shipping added to their invoice in WC. When I check klarna playground – it has reported local pickup and the price is right…

No, It still acts up. I`m currently trying to see if I have set up something wrong in WC.
As of now: Klarna is reporting correctly in playground, but WC is still adding shipping to every order(as if free options are ignored). So customers are paying what they should, but its not reported back to them through WC.(Both My account, and the order confirmation e-mail states that shipping cost is added)…

From what I have found so far:
1: The error does not happen when using flat rate in WC
2: The error happens when we use Shipmondo or Bring fraktkalkulator.
When we use shipmondo with KSA there is no problems. But then again KSA reports all shipmondo options as the same service :O Do you know is there is any possiblility to rename shipping options in KSA??

Additional settings are probably required in shipmondo.
It is not possible to solve this issue by changing settings in Klarna Checkout for WooCommerce.

I sent you an email regarding this today. We have deactivated KS, randomlly, wich actually solved it all. Now KCO does not force shipping, and WC is giving the same recipt to customer.
