    KB Support needs to update existing tickets.

    This process will update every existing ticket in order to apply sequential ticket numbering.

    every time i want to update it says i dont have access to this page

    Hi @usaitech2020 Can you confirm that the user you are logged in as has either the Administrator or Support Manager role?

    Also do you have the Administrators are Agents option enabled within Tickets -> Settings -> Tickets -> Agent Settings?

    It seems something is interfering with the permission check. It would be useful to see a list of the plugins you have installed. You can extract all the info that would help via Tickets -> Tools -> System Information however do not post here. Either email to us direct at support AT kb-support.com or upload via our own ticket system and we’ll take a look for you
