  • Hello,

    I have a major problem with the email customizer. I set everything a little while ago and everything was working fine. Now I come back and all is gone. However, my settings are still there, as you can see on the left of the picture I linked here. The preview is not responding to the settings. And the test email doesn’t send so I cannot see if it works in the actual email. Can you please help?

  • Same here. The reason seems to be after Elementor Pro update.

    @heino5 have you fixed your problem? Glad to know I am not the only one with this issue. I hope support comes soon from this forum

    Thanks for reaching out! Apologies for the delay. I will have the developer look into this. @clarinet02 are you also using Elementor pro? Are you both up to date in all your other plugins/theme/wordpress?

    @clarinet02 I just tested with elementor pro and have no issues with the email customizer.

    Please test by activating a standard theme and deactivating plugins. Let me know what you find?

    Hi @britner and @hannahritner ,

    I have found the conflict. I deactivated all my plugins, the email customizer started working again. Activated the plugins back one by one and the conflict is with this one:
    WooCommerce Canada Post Shipping Plugin with Print Label by PlunginHive

    Any thoughts on how to resolve it? When I activate this plugin, my email customizer stops working, like you can see in the screenshot attached to my first post here.

    @clarinet02 are you using a real order to preview emails within the customizer? Some third-party plugins will break if you show a mockup order because they are expecting real order data when rendering their content.

    Have you reached out to this plugins support?
