Can I use Gutenberg Blocks (Ultimate Addons for Gutenberg
By Brainstorm Force) with Kadence Blocks on the Astra theme? Or could this combination with 2 Gutenberg Blocks editors lead to a conflict?

Could this combination make the website slower?

I’m looking for an editor or plugin for responsive presentation for Astra Theme Webdesign. Kadence Blocks could help me.
I need modern responsive designs for all devices and it is very difficult to develop this without a plugin. But I don’t want elementor or divi, then the website will be too slow.
