kad-option missed

    i using WP 3.9.1 and virtue version 2.1.7
    i can’t access theme option in WP dashboard
    it show 404 error

    no child theme or any plugins that have conflict
    also tried execution time and wp-content url and dir defining
    i tried virtue 2.1.6 and 2.1.7 but problem is still here .

    My best guess is it’s a mod security issue on your server. For example an out of date mo security could block the theme options page. contact your hosting provider and ask theme to look into it and see if they can solve by updating your mod security.

    my mod security has been updated as you said
    but problem is still there ,
    no access to theme option , it just show page not found

    Hmm I hate that I can’t be more helpful but your going to need to problem solve a little with your hosting provider.. Checking your .htaccess file settings another thing that may cause something like this. Or looking though your logs and seeing if there is anything causing errors.

    ok but just for being sure ,
    i want to recheck everything including exec time and …
    which setting must be in .htaccess and/or php.ini …can u explain little or something like that ?

    Well it’s not an issue of a certain setting exactly. And if the page is not found it’s probably not a php setting. If you check your .htaccess file make sure that it is writeable and that there isn’t anything strange in the file.
