    Hi,
I’m not very fond with CSS so here I go:
as per the title, the “Justified gallery” only shows one column on mobile devices.
Furthermore, the image is shown bigger than the desired thumb/row height (which i set to 200px), resulting in a blurry image.
I already had a peek at the page with the browser page analisys but couldn’t find any solution.

Actually this plugin is great and I’d like to use in my site if the issue could be fixed.

    Keep up the good work!

    Hi @pippo50,

Would you please provide a screenshot of your justified gallery settings or indicate what the other settings are (thumb height, row height)?

Please also confirm what it is you would like instead? At least 2 columns on mobile?

What mobile device are you viewing your site on?

    Hi @pippo50,

Just a quick follow up on this support request. Do you still need help with this or have you resolved the issue yourself?

    Thanks in advance,

    Phill

Hi, sorry for the late reply.
    I resolved the issue thanks!

Hi, I have the same problem with columns. Sometimes it is ok, but sometimes it’s not. On mobile it is always one column and the captions are under the photos (I put it on hover only, so they shouldn’t be visible). There is also the same problem on computers: sometimes there is only one column, but there should be three. Two different sites in two different places and the same problem with columns. What can I do with it?

I dont know if this is the issue you are having but I noticed that when I had my columns set to 5 with a row height at 150 I would get a a nice size for pc and larger screen but on a phone it was 1 column with no justified effect. I found that I had to set the row height to 130 and 6 or 7 columns which was a little smaller that I wanted on a pc but it did translate to a 2 column wide justified effect on a phone. Also it depends on how many portrait orientated image that you have – mine are mostly landscape.
It would be goo to have some separate controls for mobile views.
Otherwise – stick with it as I am sure you will sort it. Whilst I had problems myself with this plug in I tried lots of others but none were as good in my opinion as this one.

It’s great to hear your issue was resolved pippo50.

@dreamanddesign and @generalnumpty – if you still have issues would you please open up separate support requests so we can help you? Adding notes to other people’s support requests can mean we miss responding.

    Thanks in advance,

    Phill

I’ve found out that this problem is only for 3 columns, when I put it into 2 or 4 it’s ok.
