Just what the doctor ordered

This adds the essential history of emails that should be in any software that is sending or supposed to be sending emails, for many reasons. I’m one of the many people who learned this after needing it, already. I couldn’t diagnose a problem until after it occurred again, with the wp mail logger now in place. Thanks!
