just used – auto did exactly what I wanted and more

I simply activated the plugin. I did not go to settings or even the posts. It did exactly what I wanted – I did nothing. I just wanted live links in the excerpts on the home page. I not only got that but the excerpt looks like my full post – layout, format, and images. Without the entire content. I did nothing. It looks great, my home page is much better – posts are inviting and legible. Not a mashed together mess of text. Fantastic.

I will be using this in all my sites. And as one of the plugins no site will be without. One of the first I will install.

Suggestion : Options to not display images and videos. Each a separate option. I don’t want videos or my huge images on the home page. Several of my posts are only one large, striking, image or video with text content.

– I want the viewer to visit the post.
– Takes up too much space on home page.
– My theme provides a thumbnail.
– I don’t want videos on homepage.
(potential to slow load time and distracting from
other content.)
