# Just upgraded & the increase/ decrease arrows are missing?

 * I had to deactivate the plugin to be able to upgrade it and when I reactivated
   it all seems fine as I can manually type the quantity of a product but the arrows
   which most users would use have disappeared? see [http://theboxwarehouse.co.uk](http://theboxwarehouse.co.uk)
   this also happens on the basket page
