  • Have been using this for 3 months. But it just stopped sending emails. I actually thought that was no one sent.

    But when I came to back-end I saw:

    1. “This contact form has a configuration error. ยป How to Resolve Configuration Errors” –
    2. “This email address does not belong to the same domain as the site.”

    Why it used to work before, but later doesn’t work without any alert me in advanced?
    How many businesses/Clients I have missed due to this? Will this happens again?

    Still want to use this plugin but worried missing businesses again.

  • Hi Dzung – I just posted this in two of the other threads – because it is such a big deal and is so easy to fix, here you go again

    Go to the editor for your forms. Click on the Messages tab at the top. Scroll all the way down to the bottom. You’ll see three Captcha autoresponses for errors. All three of these have a red message that HTML is not allowed. You didn’t do this, the developers forgot to delete the HTML tags from the autoresponder messages. Just delete the HTML from the message so it’s just text. Save and at least 3 of your error messages disappear.

    The other message you are getting is that the “From” email needs to match your domain name. So it needs to be Change that so the domain name matches your website name and you should be good to go.
