    Hi
Been using WPS hide login sucsessfully for around a month and its done a fantastic job.
However, its not working anymore – our custom login url just goes back to the homepage instead of logging in
The only way to get back in is to disable the plugin via FTP and then use/wp-login.php
I cant understand why its no longer working….
is it a caching thing? I read “For W3 Total Cache and WP Super Cache this plugin will give you a message with a link to the field you should update.”. We use w3, but I’ve never seen this message
    thank you!

You need to check the connection URL that you have configured. Then go to /url_connexion

You may need to exclude this new URL from the cache

    Hi Nicolas

    Thanks for your reply!

I’ve uninstalled the plugin, reinstalled it, set a new login url and then logged out, but the same thing happens – it just goes to the home page.

A clue might be that it works until I delete my browsing history

I’m not actually using page cache on W3 for another reason, but I read in a support thread that the new url should be put in “Never cache the following pages:” – I did this and still no luck!

    Hi Nicolas
The thread has been marked as resolved, but I still am in the same situation…
I’ve just rolled back to Version 1.2.3.1 and that seems to be working
Looking at your change log, I cant see why that would make a difference though!

Progress report – sometimes its ok, sometimes its not
When its not, adding /? to the end usually make it ok

Probably a rewrite concern, but if it works sometimes the cause of the problem is not the plugin.
