• I tested this free version of plugin and it worked fine so I decided to buy the PRO version as I needed scheduling. After short time it turned out that scheduling doesn’t work on 3 different server environments I am using. I contacted authors and asked for help, also I had to push them as they could just ignore you in a week. The explanation was that it doesn’t work but this is nothing wrong with the plugin. So I asked them to refund my purchase and after that they stopped answering to my messages.

    It was not ignored. Our main goal is to help our users and make our plugin better for every customer. Therefore at first we wanted to solve your problem with plugin. And in case the problem can’t be solved, we will definitely provide a refund.

    I’m sorry for such delay with our responses in the internal support. Please clarify, you made a backup of file system and database one more time and tried to restore it. Is that right? If yes, and it still doesn’t work, we will make a refund.

    This discussion is going to be pointless. I say that I asked you 5 times for refunding and got no feedback about it, you say that I was not ignored but it’s your way of solving my problem. I described it in my support ticket and can write it here (hopefully for the last time):
    Manual backup works well, that’s why I decided to buy your pro version.
    Scheduled backup in pro version doesn’t work (doesn’t make full backup) on any of my servers I have access to. It is possible that your product requires some specific server settings which wasn’t mentioned before purchase. It means that this product doesn’t work for me as intended. That’s why I asked you for refunding. Can you confirm that you understand that I want to refund my purchase?
