I have to admit, at first it was quite frustrating getting everything setup correctly. What helped me was to have mailed the ITs guys who, via Team Viewer, fixed the issues which resulted in inaccurate calculations. My advice: contact them from the start and ensure the plugin is set to automatically update. Now and then, I still have issues with clients who struggle with entering a suburb that “doesn’t exist” and as a result get ridiculously high price calculations. I’ve been using the plugin on my website for about 2 and a half years and can say it really works well after the teething issues have been sorted! Thank you.
