    Hello Sam,

ClickDesk is not showing up in the Admin section of a user with a different role e.g. It wont show up when the user role is an Editor. It only shows up if an admin is logged in.

    Please help

    Hi Kais

Thanks for writing back. Please have your WordPress Admin login to your WordPress Dashboard and deactivate and delete the ClickDesk plugin under the plugins section.

Once this is done, please clear your browser cache and visit your website. You will no longer find the widget on it.

Please note – The Editor may not have the access to view or add or delete the plugins installed. This is why he or she is unable to view the plugin installed.

Do feel free to write back to me if you have any concerns or queries. I will be more than happy to help. You can also stop by our website http://www.clickdesk.com and chat with one of our agents online to get live help.

    Thanks
