Just doesn't work, why all the 5* reviews?

I’ve tried this with 2 different WP sites now and it just hangs before leaving me with a blank page.

I’m following the simple instructions, have very good hosting and have tried with 2 fairly small sites.

Can anyone recommend something similar but that actually works?
